"A rare addition to our Studio Series Elite moniker, this coffee was produced by the Peterson Family, third generation coffee growers and owners of Hacienda La Esmeralda, located in the Chiriquí province of the Boquete region, this coffee is a prized Geisha Arabica coffee. This is the farm that discovered and brought the Geisha varietal to the public in 2007, we are proud to present this rare and limited coffee from our roastery. Grown at an average altitude of 1500 meters above sea level and processed using the washed method, extreme care has been taken to produce this coffee at origin to assure its rare delicacy and profound sweetness remain intact. There is no coffee in the world with the unique flavors the La Esmeralda Geisha possesses. Look for light floral attributes with medium acidity, sweet cup and light body with pomegranate, watermelon, cherry, apricot, and lime.
