First, we start with natural sun-dried and washed organic coffees from the famed Guji region of Ethiopia. Then, we addtraditional wet-hulled beans from the Takengon region of Northern Sumatra. Next, we roast them to a medium level, bringing out notes of cacao nib, blueberry and stone fruit. As part of this year’s Organic Hard Wired release, we’re donating $10,000 to the National MS Society through Team Left Hand’s Bike MS team. BikeMS is the largest fundraising bike series in the world. Each year, nearly 75,000 cyclists and more than 6,000 teams ride together to change the world for people with MS."
