Together they pulp perfectly ripened cherries and then dry the coffee beans, still covered in mucilage, on clay patios while constantly turning the beans to ensure even drying. This coffee features lush ripe stone fruits, violets, and sweet tangerine. A wonderful roast for Chemex and Hario V60 alike, this coffee is a delicious choice for home brewing.
