Thank you! ** We find sparkling notes of tropical fruit, lemon zest and light brown sugar in this excellent coffee. The Gatomboya factory is one of those factories that show how complex and beautiful Kenyan coffees can be. When harvested and processed thoroughly it can produce those kinds of coffees that leave you with goosebumps. This coffee is traditionally processed with dry fermentation before washed and graded in channels and dried on raised beds. The farmers mainly grow SL28 and SL34 varietals, but might also have other varieties mixed in. Light to Medium Roast Level ---- The Studio Series designation are for unique coffees that offer cleanliness and complexities which far exceed expectations."
