"Description Our Mexico Organic comes from 3 microlots in the same village (Nuevo Leon), in San Cristobal. This combination brings a good balance with nice chocolate, caramel and honey notes, the typical profile of San Cristobal de las Casas in Chiapas. This was the farmers first year working on specialty coffee. They separated a small part of their production to give it the best care and see if producing specialty coffee in Mexico was worth it. As you will taste yourself when you brew this beautifully rich coffee, this first years experiment was definitely a success.
